Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with Fresh Trails Adventures, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge understanding of the inherent risks associated with outdoor adventure activities.
Service Description
Fresh Trails Adventures provides guided outdoor adventure services including hiking, camping, rock climbing, and photography tours. All activities are conducted by certified guides with appropriate safety equipment and protocols.
Participant Requirements
- Participants must be in appropriate physical condition for chosen activities
- Minors must have parental consent and supervision requirements met
- All participants must complete health and liability forms
- Participants must follow guide instructions and safety protocols
Assumption of Risk
Outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to weather conditions, terrain hazards, wildlife encounters, and equipment failure. Participants assume these risks voluntarily.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before scheduled activity
- 50% refund for cancellations 7-13 days before activity
- No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before activity
- Weather-related cancellations receive full refund or rescheduling option
Liability Limitation
Fresh Trails Adventures' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage and medical expenses.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and media created by Fresh Trails Adventures remain our intellectual property. Participants grant permission for use of photos/videos taken during activities for marketing purposes unless specifically declined.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Colorado state law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Colorado.
